Where do we ship our orders to?
We currently ship our orders domestically within the UK
When will I receive my order?
Within the UK, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours from payment. We will select from our list of couriers which currently include Royal Mail and DPD. You will be provided with a tracking number if applicable.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise! The postal service is unfortunately out of our control. We wish we could hand deliver all of our orders! However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking if the product is still in stock. If the product you have originally purchased is out of stock, we will give you a full refund if the order has been lost for 14 days by the courier. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
